Try Calpendo

Before trying Calpendo, you might like to see our video guides.

When you’re ready to try it yourself, you can use the online demo. This is a fully-featured version, populated with some example bookings, templates and rules. Using the demo, you can create or modify bookings or projects, or produce reports showing how much time has been booked and by whom. When logging in, you have a choice of being a regular user or an administrator, so you can see how it looks from each perspective.

You may also receive a private free trial for your facility. To receive your private free trial, email info@calpendo.com or phone +44 (0)845 6808459 with the following information:

• Your facility name
• The names of the resources to be booked for
• The types of those resources (for example, room, person, imaging scanner etc)

Your Calpendo will be set up using this information, and you can then use your Calpendo and either configure it to suit your needs yourself, or we can help you through the process. The free trial generally lasts 3 months, but can be extended depending on your circumstances.
